What to Expect-
Our days move with intention, not a rigid schedule. Circle, ceremony, and shared moments move with the flow of the days. You can flow in or flow out, taking time to yourself - whatever your body needs the most.
-
There is no performance here, only presence. Every voice adds a note to the song we're weaving together. Silence is part of that space too. Whatever you bring to the gathering, your energy, your truth, your movements, shapes the gathering as much as anyone else's.
-
This is a space of trust, presence, and care. Whatever you bring: joy, grief, uncertainty, celebration, is welcome here. We hold each other, not as guru and student, but as grounded women who effortlessly care and nurture.
-
The Hive doesn't disband when we leave the land. We stay connected in our Architects of the New Earth Community which offers continued connection, reflection, and support.
A glimpse into the retreat: Day 2 Itinerary-
We begin the day together in circle, grounding into presence and voicing what we each wish to call in. A moment to arrive fully body, heart, and spirit before the day unfolds.
-
Cacao Ceremony
A heart-opening ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao to soften the veil between mind and heart. We sip in stillness, allowing the plant medicine to guide us into deeper connection with ourselves and one another. -
A slow, sensory walk through the forest and shoreline of Garden Bay, a chance to listen to the land, offer our reciprocity, and let the earth beneath us steady and awaken our own roots.
-
A hands-on session inviting expression through art, movement, or craft. No experience needed, only willingness to let something true move through you and take form.
-
We gather around the table to prepare and share a meal together, honouring the sacredness of nourishment and the shared responsibility of caring for our temporary home.
-
As the day settles, we return to circle to reflect, share, and weave together what has moved through us, closing the day in connection before we rest.

Hive // Not Hierarchy
As Architects of the New Earth, we model our gathering structure after the Hive.
There is no hierarchy here. No single guru, no singular voice positioned above the rest. We are moving beyond the old paradigms of hierarchal power, into cohesive structures that mirror nature herself: spiral, humming, alive.
The truth is that we are all facets of the same diamond, each of us catching the light and reflecting shadows at a different angles, each refraction necessary for the whole to be seen in its fullness. No facet is greater than another. No facet could exist without the others to hold its shape. We are one design, split into a thousand perspectives, each one sacred, each one required. When we gather, each facet is honoured as a seed needed for the whole to flourish.
Like the Hive, our power is collective. No single bee holds the blueprint, yet together, instinctively, in resonance with something larger than any one of us. Together, we hum. We are cells of the same body, notes in the same song, each essential to the architecture of what we are creating together.
When we gather, we do so in circle; the shape with no beginning and no end, the shape where every point is equidistant from center, where every voice is equally close to Source. We sing, we hum, we buzz our truth together, not to be heard above one another, but to weave our individual frequencies into a single tapestry of harmonic vibration.
There is no performance. There is only resonance. This is remembrance of how women lead the Earth blueprint in harmony and wholeness and it is only in gathering, in circle, in Hive, that the full picture reveals itself.
Each voice that joins this circle is a thread. Each thread is necessary to create our shared song. Together, we weave a tapestry of Love, Wisdom, and Action - the living fabric of the New Earth.
